Dr Mark Allan Bailey

a distinguished physician and digital health innovator with a wealth of experience in clinical informatics. Currently serving as Director and lead for Let’s Do Digital, Dr Bailey's career is marked by his transformative work in automating and optimising clinical workflows. His professional passion for leveraging technology to improve patient care is evident in his creation of the Spiritum disease management system and Quick Spiritum, a robotic process automation tool, which has significantly enhanced efficiency in managing sleep medicine, bronchiectasis, and tuberculosis at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital. Dr Bailey's expertise extends beyond clinical practice; he has held the position of Chair of Council for the Faculty of Clinical Informatics. He has also collaborated extensively with a US EPR company on LLMs, contributing to advancements in creating clinical decision support systems. With a strong academic background, including a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry and an MSc in Digital Leadership from Imperial College London, Dr Bailey combines deep scientific knowledge with practical digital solutions, making significant strides in the integration of technology in healthcare.

Professor Dr Olinga Taeed

In March 2024 Olinga Taeed (PhD FIoD) was appointed Exec Chair of a US$ 200m ESG project in Kenya, Asili Coffee, curated by the country’s #2 retailer with 7000 staff and 60 supermarkets. He is Director of the Centre for Citizenship, Enterprise and Governance, the world’s leading not-for-profit think tank on the Movement of Value with over 220,000 members, and is Expert Advisor and Council Member of the Chinese Ministry of Commerce’s ‘Blockchain E-Commerce Committee’. He was the world’s first blockchain professor at Birmingham City University, and is Chief Editor of Frontiers in Blockchains (Switzerland), a peer review academic journal with 400+ editors. He is Chair of Arbor Verification Tech (ESG - London), MiMeta.Life (Metaverse), Bureau of Media Data and Ideology (Media – New York), and AizaWorld (Gaming – Hanoi); most recently he was appointed Chair of AITEA (AI - Beijing) populated by staff from tech giants Alibaba, Baidu and Tencent.
